It means when we meet something we can't deal with  or our wishes can't  come true maybe sometimes we feel pessimistic but  it  is no use to doing this
We should encourage ourselves and accept the result

like work,pessimistic and don't work

the monitor unit is hunging on the wire pole ，but it put it by someone in the brushes of trees ，so there is no use I think
