Describe a recent problem you solved at work

English and product knowledge are 2 very important parts for overseas sales. But it's difficult to get a big improvement in a short period.
So it's better to make it a habit to keep learning every day, and also keep fit, which is good for our health.
Then we established a game to encourage everyone to make a good habit. Everyone can get 1 goal for each part by doing some practice every day, and summarize by the month. Bonus against the ranking.
Today is the first day, and I believe everybody is on the way to achieve the goal.

Hello guys, I have been working on the thinking of cloud system for more than a month.
It is a serious and important job, as I, first, have to de-formulate the current Docs system, and re-think of an integreated system that can work as an improved version.
At the beginning, I am quite careful with everything, and of course, I am dreadful of making some unexpected mistakes which would cause the system to be trapped somewhere it does not belong.
so, I thought deeply, and in details, and sometimes, I have to rethink, re-write the things I have composed in the word file.
It progressed slowly every day, and sometimes, I even complain, why it progressed so slowly.
However, as I spent enough time thinking and re-thinking, forumulating and de-formulating, there is an idea more and more clear to me, I am capacable to finalize the web-based system with a high rate of success.
I do not dare to say I must sucess some day, as this is not my style.
My style is to do lots of work than that is necessary, and let the God decide where I belong. In English words, it is 尽人事，听天命。
I know, I have to finalize the web-based system within the limited budget, and it could not be exhausting too much of my valuve time in the future 2026 year, without functioning our current system.
As for software thing, usually it is either 100% or 0%, and in no matters do I want to end in 0%.
so I believed I solved this thing in my current planning of this web-based system, in the future, I need to spend more time thinking and rethinking each and every of the details, I need to locate the assistance of everyone in the team, I need to do lots of work than that is necessary.
I do believe, in 2026, I can achieve this cloud system and make it function basically.
Good luck to me, and my supportive team, that would be a very good begining for all of us.

Recently I have made a little progress in finding customers' WhatsApp numbers. From the first time I sent messages to customers to make contact until now, it has probably been 2 months. I've been so nervous about it for a long time. Then last weekend, I got one reply. It's just a small thing, but it the first one and proves my efforts are useful. And I learnt a lesson – the reason why experience is called "experience" is that it's a truly useful way to make things happen.

Before when discussed with customer about the quantities of the printing cylinders,I just said the Number.For example,there are 3 designs in total,and there are 2colors can be shared,so a total of 10colors are required.
Firstly,my express is not clear,this may lead the customer misunderstanding.(In the next time,I will make mark on the picture and send it to customer one by one to help the customer understand better,and completely explain the situation to customer at once.
Secondly,my express need to improve.(like our designer preliminary adjustment…it’s better than give the results directly.
