To be honest,we are not always going to be a good person ,for anything,I think we should act according to your capabilities.When I was in high school,I browsing the social media,find someones who running every day,then to join the Marathon race,
So I started training, and my goal was to run 10 kilometers every day. I didn't pay attention at first,just keep going. On the fifth day, I ran 7 kilometers and tripped over a raised step. It was very serious. Except for one leg, my arm and the other leg were injured, which made me unable to move. I didn't participate in the competition later.
So I think that things should be done step by step, not be in a hurry time to achieve success. |
