This week my biggest takeway that I should always be more careful, especially with customer’s dimension and artwork design, For example, Darya sent new artwork desgin to us, said she want to the UV printing effect, our designer checked and revert the customer original file do not have the uv version. I face back to customer please let your designer to mark on the file which part will should be glossy.
Because for previous order customer always mention all effect and shown in the design file.
Then customer ordered 10K bags, when I prepared artwork proof I realized and ask what surface effect does she want ? customer said all matte effect,and then send the sample picture with all matte metallic effect.
Now with three different finish confuse me: UV,  all Matte and Metallic.
To avoid any mistake, I confirmed with the customer again,customer sent their sample picture to me then I understood everything customer aways happy i take care of details and said for the future orders: if we need anything to be metallic / uv varnished or anything else - it will be shown in the design file.

I learned that "you are on mute" means when you are on a call with somebody, but there is no voice from that side, or the connection is bad, difficult to hear anything.
Just a impressive word.

This week, I learned that we should always put ourselves in the customers' shoes. As Christmas approaches, European and American customers are celebrating the holiday and enjoying their vacation. In the days just before and after the festival, they may take time off early or be distracted from work. Reaching out to them with business messages during this period will not only be a waste of effort, but may even annoy them.Therefore, it’s wise to adjust our communication schedule accordingly. We can send warm holiday greetings in advance to convey our sincerity, and hold off on discussing orders, quotes or production processes until they are back to work. This thoughtful approach helps maintain good relationships with customers while ensuring the efficiency of our follow-ups.

I learned a new function when we used wangyi tool to find the company maybe more accurately .In this tool,it's have a AI assistant process on the page,but before,I just use it to ask some questions,I didn't know even it can assist us to oritate the objective customer.We can share our basic information ,it can automatically filter customers based o the information we provide,also incoud which the level company you want to choice.
when we confirm with customer ,we should pay attention to this three elements,product、bag type and dimension,if not ,will be trouble in the future.
The function of the black cursor on the roll film is as a recognize pattern on the automatica pacakging machine to be used,and without it ,it cannot be controlled accurately.
