I would suggest slowing down a little in daily life and paying more attention to the small things around us, Instead of rushing from one task to another.
Now I'm on the way go to May Fourth Square to celebrate the New Year.  I'm really looking forward to it , the lights, the sea breeze, and the feeling of being surrounded by people welcoming a fresh start. At this moment, I just want to enjoy life, stay present, and let the happiness come.
In new year  I hope my family will be healthy and happiness.
Happiness is sometimes very simple, like take time to enjoy a quiet morning, or a short walk in the evening. often, happiness comes from ordinary moments.

I would suggest that everyone do some exercise every day. It does not need to take much time, even just ten minutes can make a difference and help you build a healthier body.
Since I started working, I have always walked or ridden a bike to work. The total time is about thirty minutes a day, but I have noticed a clear improvement in my body. For example, before winter, my hands and feet were always very cold, but this winter they are much warmer. I also feel stronger and have not had any sick days.
Your body will never lie about what you do.

I would suggest to keep doing something for a period of time,just like our check-in training.Up to now ,it's has been 15 days,from the beginging,I was hard to persistence,especially in exercise,but as long as those two days are over,it has been came a habit for me now,for example ,when a certain point in time,I will do it subconsciously.During these 15 days,I get a good result in sports,because my weight has decreased,and I know I did exercise everyday, I always regret what I eat after every workout,so I will contral my food intake subconsciously.and I believe through this way it also helps with other things

Usually says, 28 days will establish a habit.
We have started the studying and pratice of english, packaging knowledge and gym from 15th Dec, now it's the 19th day.
I stoped for 3 days because of the new year holiday, I back to my father in law's home, spend time together with them.
When I back home this afternoon, I just felt lazy and don't like to start again with the pratice.
But I know it's just a feeling of my body, because it's the most difficult period now to establish a habit.
So I must keep the praticing and do not stop by lazy feeling.
I don't know if you guys have the similar feeling with me or not, but I would like to suggest everybody to keep the praticing and establish the good habit for a long time health.
