Both the technology and the logic are difficult to explain to customers.
I usually spend a lot of effort and time on organize my language, especially for technical things.
It should be cultural differences, but for the current stage, both are true. Technical has a lot of professional names, especially for our products, which involve some materials, and the English names are very long, such as PET ,if customer ask the Full name, poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide-co-ethylene glycol ester), um... and explaining some working principles is also very complexity. Speaking of this culture, there are differences among different countries, different religions, and different sects. When we talk with customers maybe what we say offend the other people。
I think it’s really hard to explain the technical side clearly. Because customers don’t always understand the production process or the properties of different materials, sometimes the explanations we give make perfect sense to us, but from the customer’s perspective, they might still feel like they only understand half of it.
