Whitening Marks on Matte Black Bags

I have noticed that on full matte black bags, we often see white crease marks or scratches after shipping.
Observation: This seems to happen more on standard Matte BOPP.
Question: Is there a 'Soft Touch' or scratch-resistant varnish available that can prevent these white marks better than standard matte?
