When communicating with clients, try to minimize the use of canned phrases.
This does not help build rapport; instead, it merely creates a sense of distance between you and the client.
Aim to use concise sentences that directly address the client's needs.

The principle is that try to understand the customer's mind well.
Not only understand what the customer saying, but also understand what is the reality behind the sentence.
