What materials are used in vacuum-sealed cooked corn bags, and what causes bag bulging?

Vacuum-sealed cooked corn bags typically require high-temperature sterilization resistance, high barrier properties, and puncture resistance. Common material structures include PET/PA/RCPP and PET/AL/PA/RCPP.
The main reasons for bag bulging are:
  • Incomplete sterilization (high-temperature sterilization is generally carried out at 121℃–135℃).
  • Damaged packaging or poor sealing quality.

真空包装袋一定要加PA吗?感觉真空包装类袋子几乎都有PA。软的产品应该不用PA那么强的保护性吧?还是有别的原因?

不一定,取决于要包装什么产品,

For most of the vacuum packages, PA is necessary to guarantee a good vacuum effect.
The tenacity of PA is much better than that of PET and OPP film, which makes it work well on the vacuum bag especially for the products like fish, beans, rice, and so on.
As the surface of the vacuumed package always be wave apperance, it will be so easy to break when it is abraded during transportation.
