I would suggest to keep doing something for a period of time,just like our check-in training.Up to now ,it's has been 15 days,from the beginging,I was hard to persistence,especially in exercise,but as long as those two days are over,it has been came a habit for me now,for example ,when a certain point in time,I will do it subconsciously.During these 15 days,I get a good result in sports,because my weight has decreased,and I know I did exercise everyday, I always regret what I eat after every workout,so I will contral my food intake subconsciously.and I believe through this way it also helps with other things |
