Drop test：One real example comes from a customer who had experienced bag breakage during shipping with another supplier. They were worried, so before mass production, they asked us to send samples and take drop tests. We filled the bags with real products and performed multiple drops from standard heights, focusing on the bottom and sealing area. The bags remained intact, with no leakage or seal failure. This test helped the customer regain confidence and move forward with the order.

As a flexible packaging company, we take pride in our  quality control (QC) system, especially in the inspection of dimensions and thickness. We measure the length and width of each package and use a micrometer to check the film thickness. During every test , we also record videos and take photos. These records not only help us ensure the accuracy of our test results but also provide clear evidence for our customers. It is this attention to detail that makes brand customers trust our packaging to be reliable and consistent.Our QC test follows standard procedures for every batch to ensure that the products customers receive meet their requirements and that their production can proceed as planned.
