Sometime when a customer reorder one product, but change a bit of the artwork, most of them just think it's only a small change, do not need to remake the cylinders.
They may be confused when we tell them there is one or a few cylinders need to be remade, and maybe some customer just shows angry directly, they think we charge them extra cost.
So we must explain the details of why the cylinders need to be remade, and how many pcs are required.
Usually, we explain to the customer when they place the first order like this"The cylinder is one time cost,(it's reusable), will not charge again in future, except the cylinders are aged or the artwork is changed", based on this, when the customer doubt why we charge the cylinders change cost, it will be much easier to explain.
Also, if the customer still cannot understand, we can ask our designer to mark all of the content which is changed, and mark which color it is, then send the picture to customer and explain.
Actually, we should do it better and better, just share the artwork with all details marked and explain to customer directly, do not explain after the customer doubt, this will help us much in getting customers' trust. |
