Today I exercised for a total of 10 minutes, and I downloaded a fitness app on my phone. I will do 15 minutes daily with it, and it will improve my fitness.

Day- 02 - Kept my promise and did a 15-minute workout using the app. Focused on basic cardio to build stamina. Feeling good!

Today, I did a 10-minute yoga session that included simple breathing and stretching exercises. Deep breathing helps improve oxygen flow and calm the mind. Tadasana and neck rotations activate the body, forward bend stretches the back and legs, and Sukhasana allows the mind to relax and focus. I felt fresh and energetic for the start of the day.

Day 02

Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) – 2 min

Full-body stretches (Tadasana + Side stretch) – 4 min

Bhujangasana (Gentle back stretch) – 2 min

Sukhasana with deep breathing – 2 min

Explanation:
Today’s session focused on energy and alertness. Breathing exercises calm the mind and full-body stretches increase blood circulation. Bhujangasana strengthens the spine and back muscles, and Sukhasana with deep breathing helps the mind feel relaxed and ready. I felt active and motivated.

Deep breathing – 2 min

Forward bend – 2 min

Balasana (Child pose) – 2 min

Sukhasana stretch – 4 min

This session was designed to promote mental calmness and focus. Forward bend and Balasana help the body relax, and 4 minutes of Sukhasana deep breathing clears the mind and reduces stress. I felt calm and ready to start the day on a positive note.
