I think it's about helping the customer modify the design. Recently, I've been assisting Liam with his design. He provided me with many sketches and expressed his hope that I could add some other elements based on his design drawings. At first, I thought it would be quite simple, but after communicating with Musab, I suddenly realized that creativity without specific requirements is the most challenging. When the customer doesn't know exactly what they want, it's very likely that they will keep rejecting your design just because it "doesn't look right". It's precisely because there are no standards that this task becomes so difficult.

Based on my previous experience, I realized I had a misunderstanding regarding cylinder costs when communicating with customer. Previously, I explained cylinder issues to customer, for example, if they needed a flat bottom bag blank, that would also incur cylinder costs. If the artwork was modified, involving changes to the cylinder, the cost would be exactly the same as manufacturing a new cylinder.
