How do you explain why one structure is better than another for a specific application?
Please pick one application for example, and explain.

One of my customers needed packaging for hookah. Because the product is acidic or alkaline, the inner LDPE needed to acid and alkali resistant. After further communication, we learned that acid and alkali resistant PE could be used. Although the bag didn't break during use, the altered properties of the LDPE made it very stiff. Another option is to use CPE, but we haven't tested it yet.

We understand many of our customers prefer PET/LDPE packaging to save cost. It is cheap and simple, but for 5kg rice bags, it is not strong enough. These bags can easily break during shipping, and they do not protect rice well from moisture and air, so the rice may not stay fresh very long.

This is why we recommend PA/LDPE for you. This structure is much tougher and more durable, so bags will not break easily. It also keeps rice fresher for a longer time. Although it costs a little more, it can help you avoid problems like broken bags and customer complaints. For heavy rice bags, PA/LDPE is simply safer and more practical.

Al foil has excellent performance, so is Al foil omnipotent?

For example, a packaging that needs to be folded repeatedly (like a standup pouch) uses Al foil, and after fold, it is easy to have pinholes, resulting in a decrease in barrier performance.

In this case, if add a layer foil of NY ,
The structure becomes: PET/AL/NY/PE
Because NY is extremely tough and resistant to puncture.

Or use VMPET instead of Al  foil.
The Al layer is coated on PET. Its folding resistance is better than that of Al foil and the cost is lower. However, its barrier performance is slightly worse than that of Al foil.

Actually, PET/LDPE and PA/LDPE is similar in barrier performance of moisture and oxygen.
But PA/LDPE is softer than PET/LDPE, it's better for the package need to be vacuumed like rice bag. And also PA/LDPE is much more stronger, better for heavy package.

Allow me to be honest, I cannot understand what is the exact meaning that you want to explain.
Can you do some more explanation by an example application?

For coffee packaging, PET/AL/LDPE is better than PET/VMPET/LDPE.
1. AL structure is always with highest barrier performance amoung plastic structures. It will keep the coffee flavor longer and better than VMPET structure.
2. AL structure always bring a higher level than VMPET structure, especially for coffee products.
3. AL structure is more rigid, it makes the bag with better standing effect on the shelf.

Especial for heavy product,PET/LDPE in not enough,it’s heigh risk to breaken.
We can share the drop test video of different structures to customer, prove the necessity of PA with actual situations

Like PET/LDPE and PA/LDPE, or you can say "Like PET/LDPE compare to PA/LDPE".
Between means something in the middle of 2 things.

It has high risk to be broken.
