If a customer asks you to recommend the most suitable bag for their product, what information would you ask first and why?

Please give an example whatever you like.

Most of the customers have idea about what kind of package they need, more or less.
For example, when a customer work with coffee product come and ask us to recommend a suitable bag.
1st, How many grams do you pack per bag?
2nd, Is it a high level product or just normal level?
From these 2 questions, we will have a preliminary idea about the customer's product, and check what kind of sample pictures we can send to the customer, then discuss with the customer, proceed according to the sample.
