Use picture wisely

Yesterday, when confirming artwork details with my customer, I sent him a draft image instead of long explanations.
Right below the picture, the customer replied with a "100 points" emoji.
This made me realize that sometimes, one clear picture is more effective than hundreds of words.
Using images properly really helps us save a lot of time and avoid misunderstandings in daily work.

Pictures always provide much clearer information than explanations.
Such like, during the discussion with customers, use a picture to show bag type, material, printing effect, zipper type, spout type, handle type, and so on, it will be so effective. Also the customer will feel comfortable and professional.
