A young man started his first job at a small company.
He was not the most experienced, and his tasks were simple.
One day, his manager asked him to prepare a basic report.
Most people would just complete the task and submit it.
But the young man decided to do more.
He checked the data twice, added a clear summary,
and included a few suggestions for improvement.
When he submitted the report, the manager was surprised.
“This is more than I expected,” he said.
Months later, when a promotion opportunity came up,
the manager remembered his effort and gave him the chance.
I realized that success often comes from doing a little more than what is required.

It was this little extra effort that made him stand out from a pile of ordinary reports and also gave him the opportunity to be promoted

From the story, it seems that this guy has been remembered only because of that report.
Only one time effort, get a chance from his manager.

But actually, chance always for the one who is ready every moment.
We need to keep doing effort for long time, to catch the rare chance.
