纸淋膜的表面效果

铝箔纸淋膜表面做出来的效果，跟哑光PET的表面有点相像，有点油亮的哑光感，这种在淋膜时，是否加了消光母粒在里面，从而导致这种效果，只要是淋膜，表面效果只能是一种对吗？
