Explain “lead time” to a customer

Lead time
For rolls, will be finished within 20 days once got the artwork approved and advance payment.
For Bags, will be finished within 25 days once got the artwork approved and advance payment.
(according to the actual goods adjust time )
If the customer said why so long time, need urgent, i will explain each process, like make cylinders 3-7 days arrange printing 2-3 time, curing room in 48hours/72hours, sliting and making bag 3-5 days, then pack the goods with cartons.
These are just estimated days, it can not guaranteed,  production will proceed according to the factory's schedule, with timely follow-up and feedback to customers.

For bags, the lead time is 25 days upon order confirmation and artwork proof approval.

If you wish to receive the goods as soon as possible, please confirm the order and provide your design samples at your earliest convenience. This will allow us to arrange production in a timely manner and help expedite the overall process.

Hi xxx, for normal order, it will takes 20 days for rolls production after order confirmed and artwork proof approved. 25 days for bags.

We will have to get the cylinders and material ready first about 5 days, then arrange the printing and laminating process, put the laminated rolls in the curing room for more than 48 hours, it means about 10-12 days. Slitting will takes 1-2 days, but bag making process will takes a few days more.
We will try the best to finish the production asap.

For bags, we usually complete them 25 days after confirming the artwork approved and completing the advance payment; It takes 20 days to roll the film.

For normal material and specification packaging bag, the production cycle is not long, because it needs to make cylinders , so the production cycle will be lengthened. The actual production needs to be adjusted according to whether your material is special and whether the printing process is complicated.
