Talk about a packaging structure you recently learned

Hold on 20kg rice, it's really heavy goods,use PA12/PA12/LDPE150 structure
PA Provides excellent mechanical strength, puncture resistance, and tear resistance.
The double PA layers significantly enhance the bag’s ability to withstand heavy weight, stacking pressure, and rough handling during transportation.

They also offer stable vacuum condition and reducing air permeation after vacuum sealing.

LDPE – Inner Layer (150 microns):
The LDPE layer serves as the food-contact and heat-sealing layer, ensuring strong and reliable seals under vacuum conditions.
Its flexibility allows the bag to adapt well to the shape of the rice after vacuuming, reducing stress on the seals and minimizing the risk of leakage.

Suitable for high-temperature retorting, the PET/AL/PA/RCPP composite structure is an excellent choice. PET features excellent printability, good stiffness and scratch resistance. AL acts as a superior barrier layer, effectively blocking oxygen, moisture, light and odor. PA provides high toughness and puncture resistance, protecting the aluminum foil layer from damage. RCPP serves as the heat-sealable layer, withstanding high-temperature retorting and ensuring food contact safety. This multi-layer structure typically applies to products requiring 121-125℃ retorting sterilization, long shelf life and strong light and oxygen barrier properties, such as sauces, pet wet food and nuts.

NK-AL-PBS is a material structure I recently learned about.
It's very special (NK and PBS are compostable materials). The customer requirement is that plastic-free, because NK(high-barrier coating cellophane) and PBS are both compostable materials, and AL: aluminum.
Therefore, this structure is plastic-free, meeting the customer needs.
I think this structure also has good barrier properties, but it can't hold heavy products.

In one stand-up meeting previous,I learned a new compostable material structure is NK/NKME/PBS and I learned some knowledges about these types of materials.
NK is a transparent high barrier heat-sealable compostable film.
NKME is silver, if needs to prevent UV lights, NKME will be used as the middle layer.
When I search this structure on website,with PVDC coating can provide home composable, it can enhanced barrier to oxygen and moisture as compared to other compostable films.
