What is the best part of our company?

I think team is best part of our company, at the beginning, I was interviewed to when I joined the company, the boss has always emphasized that we work as a team. Now, after more than two years, I have deeply felt the charm of teamwork,It is very helpful for new salespeople. During the initial stage of business, they can not only acquire new knowledge but also enjoy group commissions, This greatly motivates people and enables them to make rapid progress.

To be honest, I think the best thing the company is that gives employees more time to learn and improve, and that if any commissions are unreasonable, everyone can discuss them and choose the best one. Also, we can respond promptly to customer situations and continuously learn new strategies.

In my opinion, the cooperative atmosphere is the best part of our company. When I first came to the office, I was really worried about how to get the hang of my new work as soon as possible. As it turned out, it wasn’t such a big problem—not only Bruce and Charles but also Ivy and Elsa gave me a lot of help, so I was able to master the basic skills and software in no time. Even now, the Three-Pin Space and stand-up meetings continue to push us to improve and help each other become more professional. This is definitely the most valuable part of my growth journey here.

I think the office atmosphere here is harmonious and there is nothing scheming. When I came here for the first time, when I met problems that I didn' t know how to solve,I went to ask for help. Everyone was very willing to help and would actively teach you, such as asking you“I will do the dimension report, you come over and learn it.”
And I think the leaders have a very high enthusiasm, I think it has improved the learning motivation for me.
On the other hand, if someone who think there are aspects that can be improved and then will also tell you about your shortcomings. Maybe I can't understand it at first, but this will cause me to pay attention and think about whether this matter has a good impact on me.
