We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping. With the Chinese New Year will be coming, all orders are concentrated in the month leading up to the holiday. We have too many orders waiting to be produced, and your order is no exception.
I have requested our manager to prioritize your order. We will expedite its processing and expect to complete it within 3 days(It depends on how many days will be delay). Once the bags are ready, we will immediately provide you with the final invoice and packing list, also book the earliest shipping date.
