My favorite sport is walking. This is because it is simple, relaxing, and easy to do anytime. I can go for a walk in the morning, during lunch, or after dinner. I usually walk in the park near my home. The air is fresh, and I can see trees, flowers, and people exercising. Walking helps me clear my mind after a busy day. It also keeps my body healthy and makes me feel more energetic. Sometimes I walk with my friends or family, and we talk and laugh together.
