I think we need to pay attention to whether the customer's product is the same as the one in the video, and I think we should focus on the material and highlight our advantages.

I have a customer found us through a YouTube video. The video showed a three-sided sealed film roll with the PET/VMPET/LDPE. The customer said interesting in this type of packaging for spices. However, we cannot simply assume that the bag type the customer likes is the same as that shown in the video,For rolls it could be a three-sided seal, four-sided seal or pillow pouch. Every detail needs to be double confirmed with the customer.
Usually for film roll we need confirm the machine at first, then confirm the product, grams bag type dimension and materials.

I once had a customer who shared a video from our YouTube channel and said he wanted bags like this. When I sent him the details of the side‑gusset pouch, he said no, he didn’t want this type. But the style was similar to the video, so I realized he just wanted the same visual effect, not the exact structure. Then I showed him the flat‑bottom pouch, and he said yes, this is what he wanted. This experience made me realize that even if customers find a video from us, they often don’t know the exact bag type they need; they just want the look and effect from the video.

First of all, please use insterested instead of insteresting here.

It' s better to discuss with the customer about all details to double confirm.
Actually it's almost same points as a new customer without any samples showing.
1. what product do you want to pack?
2. Do you want to use the same bag type for your product?
3. Do you prefer the same material for your product?
4. Do you have the auto packing machine already?
It's not good to just assume that the customer requires the same thing as the video shows.
Because maybe the customer just like one point of the sample, such as material, bag type, printing effect, or even the designing style, we have no idea about all of these before double confirming with customer.
