I’ve noticed something useful in my recent work. When we inform customers of a timeline, it’s best to clearly specify whether we mean working days or calendar days.

This small detail can avoid misunderstandings about delivery time, production schedule and order progress, making communication much more accurate and professional.

Yes, it's better to make everything clearly, without any misunderstanding.
This way, customer will feel comfortable, and trust us.
Such like, send a picture to customer to double confirm before we send the real samples or any other thing need to be sent by courier.
