The most important thing is to understand the purpose of your call this time, in fact,many concerns can be think about in advance.
For example, if the customer want to pack rice, hope to get an good packaging solutions.we need let the customer follow to us, grams,bags type, vacum or not, if the customer has a question that you don’t fully understand, you can catch the key word and write it, to double confirm after the call.
I think to catch the key words is the most important thing.
