What motivates you at work?

First, when customer agree and turst with me will motivates me, this is how you demonstrate value to customers, so that they think of you first when they need help. but need long time to achieve this level, I need to keep studying to accumulate my professional package knowledge and negotiation experience, to be an excellent sales.
Second,  Money is a necessity, need money to live, Who does not want to get the money
I like big house and dream car that require a lot of money.

Although I firstly wanted to join the company as a designer, fate led me to join our company as a clerk. At the beginning, i am so nervous about this new job, because i have no experience. But when I learn new things，applied in practice and achieve success, I am more confident, which motivate me to be a salesman. Although I don't make any deal now, actually communicate with customer is also give me positive feedback. As long as I do it with my heart, I can do it well anything.

I am motivated to work by seeing the results of my work have positive impact on the customers.Like in my previous commucations with customer,,when I saw that my job can help the customer successfully and received favorable comments from customers,(and if my effects had solved problems for the customer),it made me feel that my work was valuable.

There are many things motivate me at work. But I think money should be the most important one, because it's the most directly feedback from the work. Usually, how hard you worked will decide how good result you can get. Here work hard doesn't mean the hard work on body, it means hard work in mind.
Also, every time when my customer give me positive feedback and trust in me, it makes me so happy, it's a nice feeling to get a person's trust without any face to face meeting. Everything is meaningful at that time.
Nowadays, to be more and more prefessional in packaging industy also motivates me. It's very helpful for me to solve customers' problems and assist the teammates to get more and more orders.
