Use “I’m concerned that…” 提出一个风险

To be honest, I'm concerned that the products' quality is difficult to control.

We are working our best in the products' details approving process.
Such like that we have established the procedure of products' details approving by 4 persons.
But we are not able to follow all of the production processes, like the wheat flour stand up zipper pouches produced by Guosheng.
They have changed the adhesive becuase they need to test a new one, but the new adhesive is not compatible with the ink, that makes the film delaminated.
Another case from Funuoda, in 2023 we inspected all of the coffee film color printing, but in 2025, there were still some bags printed with wrong colors, because they updated the standard color film when the artwork content changed, that makes the color difference from the original one.

These are only 2 cases for example, we have discussed details with each factory about them.
But the point is that never discuss with us in advance before they start a new test or change.
Then we will have no idea about what will happen, unexpected things always happened.

After the customer placed the order, I'm concerned that the factory quality control and color control might not be correct, especially regarding color difference. This is because the customer only had an electronic copy as a reference and did not conduct specific color control for the actual printing.

We are concerned that the customer may not accept the extra bags.
For an order quantity of 25,000 bags, our standard production tolerance is ±20%, which is unavoidable due to the normal production process and material waste.

Now many customers pay 100% in advance, quantity variation and production waste still occur during printing, lamination, and bag-making process. This is an industry-standard situation for flexible packaging.

To avoid any misunderstanding, we recommend clearly explaining the quantity tolerance and possible over/under delivery in advance before order confirmation.
