Describe a customer project

My follow customer,  Darya is a very good and potential customers, Her main product is supplement powder stand up pouch. she have so many packaging projects now ,Darya said currently developing several new projects and will be running a market test, If the test performs well, she will shift to our pouches for the scaled orders, new project also will do some rolls order.
The customer was very honest and frank with us, I am 100% sure she will make order once through the market testing, quality of the bags is her top priority, in the futrue order, we must do our best to avoid recurring problems.
I will do my best to provide excellent service to my customers.

Liam is my very first client. He’s looking to make bags for two different designs of grain powder. Originally, his plan was to attach square labels onto matte black bags, but now he intends to have the designs printed directly on the bags. He mentioned that he hopes we can assist with the design work. He will provide the front-side artwork, along with the text descriptions and ingredient lists for the back side, and he’s counting on us to handle the layout. This client is extremely reliable. Now that the Christmas holiday is over, I’m eager to secure this order.

Merry is a customer recommended by a partner, she is from a trading company located in Wuxi. Now she is working on some plastic container and lidding film project for American customer.
At the beginning, she told me that her customer wants to make the lidding film whole transparent with only 2 tracking marks, but it's the first time she working on this kind of lidding film, so I thought this will be very difficult communication.
After several days detailed discussion, she shows very good performance as a sales, although she is not familiar with the lidding film, but she is a very responsible person, everytime she asked many details things thay may be concerned by the customer. From the material, features, technical details, to the printing, reclosable part and so on.
Also, I think her customer is a very professional manufacturer on the lidding film printing and slitting. Because they can print the film by track the black mark, they must have professional machine.
So I believe it's good chance for us to develop the racetrack technology film, we will achieve it successfully.

Let me introduce a customer from Africa. This customer wanted to make cassava powder roll film. Initially, we paused on the artwork for a while. After several revisions and communications, we finally completed the artwork. Afterward, the customer visited our factory and saw the printing effect was excellent. We smoothly moved forward with the project, and the customer was very satisfied.
We are now moving forward with new projects and packaging.
