What is the most difficult part of your job?

The most difficult part of my job is control the quality of rolls and bags.
Quality issues have always been a headache, However, during the production process, we cannot predict or control what might will happen, and always, the factory doesn't pay attention to details, Sales only found defect in the bags after received the samples.
it's  really not good for customer side, now i just do that like this way: recevied the samples and check by ourself then make the QC report, confirm everything is ok, and share final invoice and packlist to customer.

For me, nothing at work is more challenging than how to guide clients to place an order. As a salesperson, while we address clients’ concerns, we also need to give them appropriate guidance. It’s incredibly difficult to lead clients to follow our process step by step. I used to think communication was such a casual and straightforward thing in daily life, but after these two months in sales, I’ve suddenly realized that communicating with clients and ultimately getting them to place an order is not easy. It requires a good sense of rhythm, a clear understanding of what clients need, and how to fulfill those needs. I hope I can learn and master these skills in my future work and life.

It's really the most difficulty part to develop a new product without any technical team support.
As a sales man, It's easy to discuss with the customer about the product and how to achieve the customers' requests.
But this is only for our growed products, we have enough experience and professional team to produce it.
When the customer come to us to discuss a new product, like the plastic container lidding film, I just feel that my products knowledge is sooooo poor, not enough to support the development successfully.
The PSA layer and heat sealable with anti-fog layer are the most important points for this lidding film.
PSA layer asks a very good peel ability and reclosable, and the anti-fog layer asks a nice heat sealing strength and good anti-fog performance at the same time.
We will discuss with the adhesive manufacturer and production team to try the best on it.
I hope we will get professional technical person in our company asap.

My current diffcult  part of work is understanding product knowledge and English proficiency, which are significant areas for improvement. However, I believe I can gradually improve these areas over time. As is my second year in this industry, I'm gaining a clearer understanding of sales and customer service, and I'm making progress little by little. This requires continuous effort, and I look forward to the future.
