What would you improve about yourself?

The skill I need to improve the most is my negotiation skills with customers, because communication skills are truly very important. In my work, negotiation is not just about price, but also about understanding the customer’s real needs and finding a solution that works for both sides.
Sometimes, a small misunderstanding or an unclear explanation can affect trust and slow down cooperation. If I can communicate more clearly and confidently, I can avoid unnecessary conflicts and build stronger relationships with customers. Good negotiation skills also help me express our value better, rather than simply making concessions.
By improving my communication and negotiation abilities, I believe I can handle challenges more professionally and create long-term partnerships with customers.

Right now, the areas I want to improve are my material knowledge and communication skills. When it comes to materials, my current understanding is still mostly limited to the common ones, such as PET, AL, VMPET, and LDPE. I don’t yet have a strong grasp of other materials, especially eco‑friendly options, so that’s something I’ll need to keep learning going forward.
As for communication skills, I know I still have a lot of space to grow. How to avoid being led by the client and how to make them feel that I’m truly professional are ongoing challenges for me. I hope that as I gain more experience and deepen my understanding of the packaging industry, I’ll be able to improve in these areas.

I want to improve the relation with people and social skills,that is , how to get on in the world.I think it's very improtant for me. Because of the business is talk with people who are interested in what they want to achieve the goal.How to say that sounds better and comfortable,it’s what that I want to have!
It is also about logical ability, sometimes, I will realize that my language is chaotic, I have not organized them, and there is no summary.I have seen an interview with a college student before, and I really admire this girl, her logic is clear, and she makes the listener feel relaxed and comfortable.
On the other hand, I also hope I can improve my patience.Pay attention to details and calm down to do things.

I would like to improve my english and leading ability.
After 4  years pratice as working as a sales, I believe my english has been improved very much, especially the speaking and listening. But my weakness is still the vocabulary, it's difficult to understand the customer when some of them use some new words for me. So I need to keep learning and expand vocabulary as much as I can.
Also during the passed 10 years, I worked as a domestic sales for about 5 years, and overseas sales for about 4 years.
I'm good to handle most of customers' communication, but it's different to be a manager to lead teammates move forward.
So I need to try and find the best way for me, and also for our teammates, to work together to acheive better and better performance.
Just keep learning.
