Explain “MOQ” to customers

Dear xxx,  If you prefer to go proced with 10000pcs for one design, it is not able to meet our MOQ(30000pcs) which would cause the film materials to be wasted in some extent, as we are buying the film with length 6,000 meters per roll.
If lower this quantity the price will be higher and will charge $200 for production waste.
So shell we do the 30000pcs, then we can support you the best price $1, how do you think?

Hi Luca, the MOQ is 50000pcs for normal order. As we are also limited by the MOQ of the material films.
But for the first order, we would like to support you with 25000pcs and the same price as the MOQ for the trial order.
So that you can start the business easier.
If you still would like to order 10000pcs, we will have to charge $200 for the printing cost.
As the waste is really high during the printing and production process, it's almost the same for both 10K and 25K.
