I share the customer with peter, the customer product is sugar total 14 designs.we give lowest price $1.95/kg per container for one desgin
Customer have new product of beans need 10 rolls total 200kg to test the market, We believe this customer is reliable then we have arranged with lowest price without any printing cost to support him.
Last week customer have new product of rice with 2 designs also need 200kgs to test, very very urgent for sales season, finished within 7days. But the price unexpected by factory.
1.How can we handle between the factory and customer?
Anser: Actually $1.95 is not workable with small quantity,just for mass production, it's even not meet our MOQ, we need charge $150/design.
2.Beans has already tested at first time,customer need 200kgs again without printing cost,How should we persuade our customers?
Anser: share videos of printing and laminated process,show our waste of production,and already supported samall quantity batch without any production cost, it's really unreasonable to apply again for small quantity but urgent order without any cost.
Finally explain again let customer back the order to narmal way, lowest price just suitable for mass production, Please understand.

Last week he asked for 2 designs of rice package and 200kgs per design to test, very very urgent for sales season, asked us to  finish within 7days. But the price is still same as $1.95/kg, unacceptable for the factory.
