We’ve tried everything – but we know waiting is the best way”
That’s what a Chinese business owner told me last week...
but simply waiting without action is a mistake.
It means you stay in exactly the same place: relying on a few customers, struggling to hit targets, watching competitors win your clients.
This is what I saw in the post, understanding the two sides of work, hoping to use this as a reference.

It's not good to wait there without any action.
Keep thinking, and keep trying to find a solution is better.

But maybe that boss has tried all actions that he can imagined.
It's a limitation of him, but for us, when we find there is nothing can do, it's better to share the details with our teams, and discuss if there are some other options we can choose.
