When dealing with cross-border express deliveries, we often face a common problem:
some customers refuse to sign for the package, and they do not take the initiative to notify us.
The package will be returned only after three failed delivery attempts, and we only get to know this through the courier company.
Therefore, it is very necessary to confirm with the customer in a timely manner whether they have received the package, instead of waiting for them to inform us after receiving it.
This can avoid unnecessary disputes, save time and reduce extra courier costs.
