Due to machine limitations, we are only able to reproduce five colors, whereas the customer's artwork contains nearly ten.

My reply: The artwork you provided originally requires around 9 colors. However, due to the limitation of the printing machine, we can print a maximum of 5 colors only.
After discussing with our designer and adjusting the artwork carefully, this is the best printing version we can achieve while using only 5 colors and still maintaining a good visual effect.
The total printing plate cost will be:
5 cylinders × $60 = $300.
