How to balance design revisions and customer experience?

Working with Liam, my very first consumer, I’ve always had a soft spot for him. But honestly, his design drafts have so many little and big issues. There are so many problems that I even feel awkward asking the design team to keep making changes for him.

Sometimes I wonder if there’s a better way to stop consumers from revising their designs over and over again. Early on, Liam asked if he could have unlimited revisions, and I said yes right away. Now I’m thinking: is there a smarter way to balance how many times consumers can edit their designs while still giving them a good experience?

I don't know how to answer such a question, however, thank you, I have learned a new expression :Soft spot

To have a soft spot for [someone/something]
