Today, I was dealing with a client communication regarding the proposal of a solution and the shipment of samples. I had previously learned that asking "How do you think?" is a relatively tactful approach; however, after consulting with ChatGPT today, I realized that in certain contexts, it is more effective to say: "We hope this will help us find the most stable solution."
Here is the reasoning:
Avoid saying:
❌ "Experiment successful"
(This may lead the client to associate the process with the risk of failure.)

Instead, use:
✅ "Further testing / evaluation"
(This sounds more professional and conveys greater stability.)

Avoid emphasizing:
❌ "Production costs of the experiment"
(This focuses too heavily on internal details.)

Instead, use:
✅ "Related testing and production costs"
(This sounds more natural and appropriate.)

Finally, avoid asking:
❌ "How do you think?"

Instead, say:
✅ "We hope this will help us find the most stable solution."
This approach conveys the message that:
We are earnestly driving the resolution of the issue forward, rather than merely "giving it a try."
