Tear Notch Functionality

I have noticed that sometimes the tear notch doesn't tear straight across the bag, making it hard for the end-user to open it cleanly.

Question: In terms of production, is there a significant cost difference between a "Laser Score" tear notch versus a standard "Mechanical Cut"? I want to know if suggesting Laser Scoring is a viable upsell for a better user experience

There is several solution to make the bag with easy tear performance.
1. laser score line, the price difference depends on the bag dimension, usually 0.2 cny per meter.
2. Easy tear film, this way, require to use the easy tear film like easy tear or straight tear PET, BOPA,LDPE, the cost is much more high than laser score line.
3. For some mono material bag, MODPE/LDPE is easy tear on the machine direction.
