Handling Requests for Special Holographic Ink on Kraft

I am processing a request for a Kraft/LDPE pouch where the customer requires a specific "Hologram" visual effect. Technical Analysis: After testing the physical sample, we identified that this is not a standard film lamination but a specialized Holographic Ink effect. While the material structure (Kraft/PE) is workable for us, we are currently unable to achieve this specific ink effect, and our suppliers haven't provided a feasible solution yet.

Question: This brings up a process question for future cases: If similar requirements arise from customers in the future, how should we approach and manage such projects?

For now, we can only say no to this kind of packages.
