Printing Quality and Visual Effects of Single-Layer PE Bags

I recently learned that single-layer PE bags can also be printed. However, since PE material is soft and stretches easily, I'm curious about the overall printing quality and visual effects that can be achieved on PE bags. For example, can PE provide high-definition printing, accurate color reproduction, matte or glossy finishes, and stable registration during printing? I would also like to understand the limitations of printing on single-layer PE compared with laminated materials.
