When discussing spout juice packaging, temperature control is extremely important. If the customer isn't familiar with temperature sensitivity, it's essential to explain how different temperature conditions can affect their product.
Juice packaging material selection is also critical for temperature control. For example, if you use PET, it may deform at higher temperatures, while BOPP could perform better at high temperatures. If the wrong material is selected, it can directly affect the product's quality.
If the customer doesn't understand these aspects, you can inform them about temperature testing, where you can check how different materials perform at various temperatures. It's also important to learn how to adjust the packaging material based on the temperature range.

In clamshell products,, PP is better than PET material in high temperature resistance.
But in our industry, BOPP is not good at high temperature resistance, PET is better.
Just consider the material agains the sterilization method.

Pasteurization: PET, BOPP, BOPA, LDPE, CPP, VMPET, AL are all work well, it's OK. But for liquids, it's better to use BOPA instead of PET and BOPP.

Hot filling and boiling: LDPE as the inner layer is the most commonly choice, PET, BOPP, BOPA as outer layer are all OK.
Retorting under the temperature more than 100 Celsius, CPP as the inner layer is better, outer layer BOPA.
